After a short connection at Tokyo-Narita Intl. Airport T2, it was time for me to catch the next flight that would take me to Busan, South Korea.  The flight from Tokyo to Busan was with Japan Airlines JL 969, on Boeing 737-800 with winglet.  This flight in particular would be the second to last one from Tokyo-Narita to Busan, as a Korean Air flight would be departing for Busan at 1900.

The flight would be 80-90% full today.

Meal services started about 40 minutes after take-off.
A Japanese dinner box was distributed for the dinner service.  For drink, I chose the JAL Skytime.
The dinner consisted of Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, vegetables, rice with egg, and strawberry cream puff.

  1. As stated by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years longer and weigh 42 lbs lighter than we do.

(And really, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING to around "how" they are eating.)

P.S, I said "HOW", not "WHAT"...
